hi xmas again,
it is always fun with children and young sharon mothering around.
food and wine consumed at a great rate.

There is a downer, everything seems to speed up as people try to get everything done and bought before xmas day.

Then xmas day, should you go to that persons house or later to another.

i just want to lay down and have a wee nanny nap and play with my toys.

how selfish is that!!

Friends of ours have turned up,well we were forewarned and did not go on holiday.

They are shifting to Timaru, and need a place to live either buying or renting.
Its been good fun encouraging people to spend lots money, sticking opinons when they are not needed.
I like all the houses , its going to be fun having them around,well Debbie anyway.

After hours is fun, its good food , and good red wine.

The question that has to be asked is Timaru ready for Mark ???

oops spoke too soon it's raining again. Election in 5 weeks i think we need a change maybe the greens.

hi back again, my wife and i , have just been to cairns,queens land for a bit of fun.
We went snorkeling and scuba diving on the Barrier reef.

the weather was great, tropical climate, balmy 28% days. but... we had to come home to cold damp winter.
but home is where the heart is.

I am only as old, as the woman i feel.

This is my fiftieth year, who would know with a face like this. meaning there is a lot of great birthday parties coming.
But before , my birthday, is some of my other contempories. Monty's on saturday and my bro in law ,is in april.
What a bloody excuse to have a beer and and play being twenty again .
I think that's great, i still think i am a twenty something or close....

anyway monty's first and more to come, what fun ???? my poor head

Well I'm back, i have been on holiday for the last couple of weeks, the family and I, went to Napier and surrounding district for sun,sand , wineries.
The area, we tikey toured(a technical term) great, sea world with its dolphin and seals .

Mission estate winery was really something, is where father john trained, and the wine is not bad either.
Went to gissie(gisbourne) and tolga bay, the longest jetty and of course walked to the end and took photo's, like any tommy tourist.

Ended up in taupo for the last night, quite like this place with is lake and good weather.
but this global warming is good, 32 degrees on Sunday and just as warm on Saturday, a bit too hot eh ???

Well its january finished, nice hot weather and enjoying being outside .
Been away on holiday, up to napier and gissy(Gisbourne).
Also went to taupo, great wine and scenery nice travelling around.
i have never been to these places, like going overseas for a holiday.

Maybe i should explore my country first, could be safer and more fun.

well.. it is 2008, a new year, what will happen this year.
i don't know. The kids are well and having fun and moving forward, Sharon and I, are healthy,well a bit seedy from new years eve.
The next adventure ,we are off to Cromwell with Barnes, hopefully warm weather,good food and some wine.
Every day you wake up is a good day.

so its nearly xmas .... all the shopping and trying to finish last minute work, it's a mad house.
Looking forward to a few days off playing with family and friends.
A sad December of course with the Olivia and Gavin passing away in a accident.
This weekend, poor old Sammy the cat, injured his back and was put to sleep.
He was 16 yrs old and part of the family, he was the best cat and he will be missed.
He will be in heaven with his mate ,the dog, Asher.
Mind you ,at xmas, the food will be great and the wine is good.

today my family and i are going to a funeral for little Olivia.
she is the best friend of my daughter,Kayla, who will miss her terribly.
Sadly Olivia and her father, Gavin ,were killed in a traffic accident.
so today is a sad day.

well its here, 25 years married, who would thought it would last .
but we have and we are going to celebrate with a party with friends and relatives.

We have had a big week,let me explain, it is Sharon and I 25th wedding anniversary .
Garth and kathy were married two weeks before us in grampians, victoria.
They came to visit for a week, great fun showed them round and off course had a fewbeers.
Dropped them at the airport on saturday and on sunday picked up Rosie and the children.
They have been R&Ring at home, and sharon,I and kayla are having a lot of fun with the nephews,neices and counsins.
The big round table works well.

The wonderful thing about life, is the same as New Zealand's weather, wait an hour and the weather will change.
It's cloudy today or though i feel sunny inside,in fact, i feel twenty-ish.
I have cancelled the sports channels on sky, and feel the need to lighten up, and not take take the All blacks too seriously.
Is it Rugby anymore ? Why are the rules and interpreting of the rules controlled by everybody except the players?
Does the rugby union understand, that don't want to watch the game in the middle of the night, ex specially in the middle of winter.

On saturday,went and planted,some vegie plants in my raised beds.
Went to the movies and saw hairspray.
and then i went and spoilt everything by watching the all blacks.
poor buggers lost....oh well four more years,and the sun did come up

I own and operate Forward Care Home Health, and it is pay week.
Doing the wages, is one of those jobs that happens once a fornight, where the fruits of each persons labour is rewarded.
Except for the poor bugger who has to collate the timesheets, with a statuory day thrown in to make the matters more complicted.
Maybe i am just a miserable bugger or bloody generous.

It is saturday, what does one do?
Watched the Tongan's Play England in a world cup at 7 am,England has won , now my day has just started. I would like to play on computer,but I would only get fat and lazy. I am going up to fairlie to help move furniture for my brother-in-law John, then after that excellent effort, i will survey my domain and then do what i like !! I must be a leo.
